Anniversary Celebration – 25 Years of RWTH International Academy

In the summer of 2024, we proudly celebrated the 25th anniversary of RWTH International Academy.

To mark this special milestone, we welcomed more than 150 guests to our Summer Night Party to look back together on a quarter century of innovation, education and success.

We celebrated this special occasion with inspiring speeches, live music and delicious food – and, to everyone’s delight, unseasonable Aachen weather of 25 degrees and bright sunshine.

A highlight of the event was the presentation of the Outstanding Teaching Award, which recognizes excellence in digital teaching in our film studio.

Our contribution to the success of the event

Our event team organized the entire event:

  • Conception & Planning – conceptual design and project plan

  • Participant management – registrations, hotel arrangements, information mailings, and more

  • Event logistics – coordination with venues and external trades, on-site coordination

  • On-site support – ensuring a smooth process

  • Graphic services & merchandise – Design of event materials with corporate branding (sun cream, beverage cans, beer mats, etc.)

  • Creation of the event website – design and hosting
