Summer Festival of Computer Science

Every year, the Summer Festival by the Department of Computer Science at RWTH Aachen University brings together students, graduates, lecturers and companies to celebrate the successes of the past year. In addition to a job fair with well-known companies, the event offers exciting short presentations by the university chairs of Computer Science as well as an award ceremony for outstanding theses. The highlight of the day: the graduation ceremony – with congratulations, gifts and a big party at the end!

Our contribution to the success of the event

As a long-standing partner of the event, the event team of RWTH International Academy supports the Department of Computer Science at RWTH Aachen University with an extensive range of organizational services:

  • Event organization – from planning to realization

  • Event logistics – coordination with venues and external trades, on-site coordination

  • Planning & supporting the company contact fair – supporting exhibitors, equipping and allocating the booths

  • Graphic services – Design of event materials with corporate branding (posters, flyers, gift bags, photo box, roll-ups, etc.)

  • On-site support – ensuring a smooth process
